Comments: There are a few titles that
could be warped into this illustration but it probably goes to
something like “screaming” heads. Could you imagine
being buried in the sand in the presence of a mad dentist? It
beat doing another “talking head” cover.
We figured out that there was an
opening act based on the advertising for the show. Why
it’s not on the title page I don’t know.
