Comments: Judging from the performance
schedule in October 1980, there wasn’t enough time to
create something uniquely attributable to this show.
“Little Owl Watching You” was drawn quickly with a
single broken line, in bed, next to the woman of my dreams,
while baby sitting for the children of the acting Chairman of
the English Department at Stony Brook. It is my personal
favorite drawing, and it found its way back to me after my
mother’s death a few years ago. It will probably remain
on my living room wall so long as I have a living room wall to
hang it on.
